The classic, fluffy and soft Japanese milk bread, shokupan. This bread makes perfect toast that goes well with butter, or if you are a fan of jam or nutella, spread that on and stay baked!!

  • Best consumed within 3 days if kept airtight at room temperature.

    Store in an airtight bag in the refrigerator if it is to be consumed for more than 3 days. Freeze bread if it is needed much later.

    Reheat the bread by preheating your oven to 160°C - 180°C, and heat bread for 5 to 10 mins.

    If you're using an airfryer, it's advisable to steam up bread for a few mins before heating up (160°C - 180°C) in the airfryer.
